I founded McConnell Creative in 2004 to better meet the creative and cost needs of today’s marketers. To do just that, I assemble and lead a team of seasoned, independent professional creatives to serve a national base of clients. All the best talent. None of the overhead.

I studied at Detroit’s Center for Creative Studies and launched my career in 1999 as a lead graphic designer for Compuware, developing software product brands, packaging and promotional materials. Eventually, I left Compuware to expand my industry experience as Design Director for TRIO Communications, a former Detroit-based integrated marketing communications that serviced automotive, healthcare, technology and financial industry sectors as well as non-profit organizations and associations. At TRIO, I was able to lead the development of corporate and product brand identity programs for Fortune 500 companies and directed creative teams in the development of comprehensive communications programs that integrated both online and offline communications tactics.
